Placing an Order
West Coast Holistics accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Personal and cashier's checks are also accepted if ordering via FAX or Mail.
Web site Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page and then follow the check out instructions.
All orders placed over the internet are processed using SSL Security Certificates. Credit card information is digitally encrypted during the transmission process. We assure you that we do not sell, share, or exchange our customers personal information or e-mail addresses to anyone, nor do we participate in SPAM or junk e-mailing.
Credit Card Payments
When paying by credit card you will be asked to specify your payment type and enter your credit card information during the "Check Out" process. You must enter the proper billing name and address for your credit card, plus your CVV code, in order for us to process your order.
Ordering By Phone
You may place your order over the phone by calling our toll free number in the USA at 1-877-492-0717 and Worldwide at 1-805-492-0717. You may pay by credit card or mail in your payment.
Payments and Orders By Mail
You may order by mail. Our mailing address is:

International orders can only be accepted by FAX or Mail. Your items will be shipped when the funds are received from your bank or when paying by Personal Check, when the funds have cleared the banking system.
For international orders we only accept Money Orders or Checks and these must be payable from a US Bank and be paid in US currency.
When ordering by FAX or mail please specify your name, email address, shipping address, and product name, upc number, and quantity desired. we will send you an invoice that includes shipping charges. Please write this order confirmation number on your check and if possible print and mail a copy of your order with your payment.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
Order Status/My Account
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. You may check the status of your order by logging onto your account through our web site.
Shipping Methods and Charges
All purchases are shipped by USPS. Your order should arrive within 5 to 7 days, exceptions are noted on the website.
Most orders will ship the next business day (except holidays). The vast majority of packages are less than 1 pound therefore the ground shipping charge will be $5.95 per package. The exact shipping charges will be available prior to checkout completion.
Backordered items are shipped as soon as available at our cost.
Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and International addresses will vary.
Shipping charges for expedited express delivery which are delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable. We package your items carefully in boxes made from environment friendly partially recycled materials and biodegradable insert material or recycled paper.
Shipping Charges for any type of expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather or other delays out of the control of West Coast Holistics are NOT refundable.
Expedited Shipping is available by selecting that option at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Many US States, Cities & Counties do not permit the sale of certain supplements within their state or county. We will not accept or deliver orders for products to any State, City or County that restricts the sale of that product.
Shipping to Another Party, or Sending a Gift
You can send gifts by shipping to a different address than your own mailing address. There is no additional charge for this and you will see this option upon check out. Gift Certificates are also available by calling us.
Out of Stock Items
We attempt to have ample stock on hand for all of our products so that your order will ship in full the next business day. From time to time our stock may be depleted due to higher than expected orders or longer than anticipated lead times from the manufacturer. If replenishment of an out-of-stock item takes longer than two business days, we will process your order with those items that are available and ship you the partial order. You will NOT be charged for that item.
You may then place another order for the item that was out-of-stock. Most “out of stock” items are back in stock within two weeks of your original order. If an item was out of stock, and you wish to reorder that item, you are eligible for free ground shipping for that item. Contact us to receive your free shipping information.
Damage/Returns
Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 business days of receipt of your order in accordance with the policies listed below. There are no refunds after 30 business days of receipt of your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Items may be returned for a full refund if they are un-opened, unused, and in original manufacturers packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 5 business days so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We will process a refund or arrange for delivery of a replacement.
You must call or email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will send you the items that have been approved for your exchange. If you return an item after the 10 day time period, without an RMA number or the merchandise has been used, we will ship the items back to you at your expense.
Returns will not be acknowledged without a valid RMA Number and refunds will NOT be given without first obtaining an RMA Number.
You may be requested to return the damaged item or incorrect item at our cost in order to receive your refund. If this is requested, we will send you a return mailing label with postage for the return.
There is a 15% restocking fee for shipments made to an incorrect shipping address provided to us by the customer. Return shipping charges may also apply. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For International customers, the customer is responsible for any costs that may have been incurred during shipping or return shipping, including holding fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, duties, etc. as well as a restocking fee.
Cancellations
West Coast Holistics attempts to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will attempt to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
Security and Privacy
Your privacy is a top priority at West Coast Holistics. We use secure transaction software and all credit card orders on our web site are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide West Coast Holistics is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only West Coast Holistics can decrypt this secure information. If you prefer not to place your order online, we would be pleased to take your order by phone.
When registering as a member of our web site, you may be asked to provide certain details about yourself including your name, e-mail and mailing address. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services, to notify changes on our sites, or to provide you with valuable offers from West Coast Holistics. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature
Cookies are used on the site to help customers access and track items in their shopping cart and to identify them upon return to our web site.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart.

We may keep anonymous records of what search terms you use or what products you purchase. This information is totally anonymous and can not be tied to any of your personal information. We will not divulge these details to any third party.
